รับจำนวนเต็ม 3 ตัว (บรรทัดละ 1) แสดง "increasing" ถ้าเรียงจากน้อยไปมาก (a<b<c) "decreasing" ถ้าเรียงจากมากไปน้อย (a>b>c) "neither" กรณีอื่น
